ENROLLMENT PROCESS

To start the enrollment process:

The Vice-President will ask you a few questions and tell you more about Bridging The Gap Learning Center.

An Initial Consult will be scheduled with our Academic and/or Mentor Director as well as the Academic Instructor, if needed.

At your Initial Consult, please bring all report cards, progress reports, IEP reports, tests, and any other reports that may be helpful to the Director(s) when setting up you child’s program.

Also at your Initial Consult please have the following information:

- Child’s School
- Teacher’s Name
- Teacher’s Phone Number and/or Email Address
- Class Schedule (Middle/High School)

The Directors will create a program for your child based upon the information obtained in the Initial Consult.

Contact your child’s school and teacher to inform them that Bridging The Gap Learning Center will be working with your child. This will open communication between us and the school in order to make enquiries on what we need to do to offer support to your child.

After a month of services, the Director(s) will schedule a Follow-Up Consult to evaluate your child’s progress.
