ENROLLMENT PROCESS

To start the enrollment process:

The President will ask you a few questions and tell you more about Bridging The Gap Learning Center.

An Initial Consult will be scheduled with our Academic and/or Mentor Director as well as the Academic Instructor, if needed.

At your Initial Consult, please bring all report cards, progress reports, IEP reports, tests, and any other reports that may be helpful to the Director(s) when setting up you child’s program.

Also at your Initial Consult please have the following information:

• Child’s School
  
• Teacher’s Name
  
• Teacher’s Phone Number and/or Email Address
  
• Class Schedule (Middle/High School)
  
  

ADDITIONAL PROCESS

• An appointment will be scheduled for testing.
• The student’s classroom teacher(s) will be contacted to determine areas of weakness and how we may be able to assist with your child’s academic progress.
• An academic program will be developed for your child.
• A follow-up consult will be held to introduce the Academic Instructor assigned to work with your child, discuss program implementation, and confirm location, days, and times of your child’s program.
